How custom production works

• Brief: You describe the visual need, use case, preferred direction, deadline and required formats.
• Test images: We create 5 watermarked low-resolution test options for review.
• Selection: You choose the direction or image that best fits your use case.
• Final preparation: The selected image is refined, prepared for delivery and exported in the agreed formats.
• Delivery: Final JPG files are delivered digitally together with the agreed license summary and usage guidance.

Typical timing

Test images are delivered within 1–3 business days of brief approval. After you approve the selected test image, the first finished version is delivered within 1–3 business days. Each revision round adds a short additional turnaround. Total timing also depends on how quickly feedback is provided.

Starting prices

If you choose to finalize one or more test images, the final licensed image fee is charged separately. The minimum path to one finished, licensed image is the 150 € test pack + 149 € final image = 299 € total excl. VAT. The test pack fee is non-refundable once test images have been delivered. If you choose not to finalize any of the test images, the project ends after the test pack and no further fees apply.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable.

• Stock platform upload, resale, redistribution or AI training use

License note

Custom production provides a license to use the final image files under the agreed terms. It does not transfer ownership of the image itself.

Standard custom work is for one company / one brand. Broader usage, exclusivity, print, OOH and resale-related use must be agreed separately.

AI disclosure

Nordic WildFrames visuals are AI-generated or AI-assisted, then curated and prepared for commercial marketing use.

We recommend transparent wording in contexts where AI-generated content disclosure is expected or required.
