Licensing

Nordic WildFrames — Commercial Image Licensing (Digital)

We license marketing-ready Nordic nature visuals for business use. Our licensing is simple: choose a pack size ( 5 / 20 images) and one of two license options. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll recommend the right option.

Common terms (apply to every license)

What you get

A non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the selected image(s) as described under the license option you purchase.
The license is granted to one (1) legal entity / one (1) brand.

What you cannot do

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the file available as any kind of stock/asset download, including free resource sites, templates, marketplaces, or downloadable asset libraries.
Upload the image(s) to stock platforms / photobanks.
Use the image(s), in whole or in part, or as part of a logo, trademark, or primary brand identifier.
Use the image(s) in illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or pornographic contexts.
Claim authorship of the image(s).
Use the image(s) to train AI models or datasets.

Allowed edits

You may crop and resize the image for your layouts and channels, add your own text, logo, and CTA elements as overlays, and adjust color, tone, and exposure to suit your brand and placement. Other license terms (including prohibited uses) continue to apply to the edited image.

One entity / no sublicensing

You may provide the file to your agency, designer, or contractor only for work on your behalf for the licensed brand/project.
They receive no independent rights and may not reuse, resell, or redistribute the file.

Digital-only by default

Standard licenses cover digital use only: web, organic social, and paid digital ads where included.
Print, out-of-home (OOH), brochures, trade fair materials, and other physical distribution are not included unless explicitly quoted and confirmed in writing.

File delivery

Standard delivery: JPG, sRGB, professionally prepared for common digital placements.
Optional add-ons: extra formats/crops and Internal Master delivery. See “Extensions & add-ons” below.

License Option 1 — Web & Organic (Perpetual)

Best for: websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, organic social media, and always-on brand content.

Website pages and landing pages
Blog/editorial content
Newsletters and email marketing
Organic social media posts and stories

Restrictions

No paid advertising or sponsored posts. Choose Paid Ads if the image will be used in paid campaigns, boosted posts, sponsored social media, Meta/Instagram/Facebook ads, Google Ads, or other paid digital advertising.
One brand / one legal entity only. No sublicensing or transfer to another company.

Term

Perpetual for the permitted Web & Organic uses.

Deliverables

Web & Organic deliveries are provided as JPG (sRGB) and include, per image:

DM 6000×4000 — Delivery Master
WEB 3000w — website / landing page / hero section version
IG 1080×1350 — Instagram feed version

License Option 2 — Paid Ads (12 months, worldwide)

Best for: paid campaigns, sponsored posts, digital ads and performance marketing.

Permitted use

Includes everything in Web & Organic (Perpetual), plus:

Paid digital advertising for 12 months worldwide
Use on major digital ad platforms, including Meta / Instagram / Facebook ads, Google Ads and similar paid digital advertising placements
Related campaign use, such as campaign landing pages and campaign microsites

Term

12 months from purchase for paid digital advertising use.

Renewal

Paid Ads renewal (+12 months) is available at 50% of the original Paid Ads package price.

Deliverables (campaign-ready)

Paid Ads deliveries are provided as JPG (sRGB) and include, per image:

DM 6000×4000 — Delivery Master
WEB 3000x2000 — website / landing page / hero section version
TXT 6000×4000 — copy-space version with an area intended for headline, CTA, or overlay elements
IG 1080×1350 — Instagram feed version
RS 1080×1920 — Reels / Story vertical format
SQ 1200×1200 — square ad / feed / carousel format
AD 1200×628 — landscape campaign / display-style format

TXT versions are prepared primarily through crop and layout optimization to provide a usable area for text or overlay elements. Final text placement, font, and color are chosen by the customer, and readability in the final layout depends on those choices.

Campaign formats are provided as common ready-to-use digital image sizes. Final platform placement, cropping or approval may depend on the customer’s campaign setup and the platform used.

Extensions & add-ons

Print / OOH / brochures / trade fairs: available as a separate extension by quote
Exclusivity: available by quote based on image count, industry, duration, territory and usage scope
Internal Master 9000×6000 delivery: +49 € / image, kept in our archive and delivered only if agreed
Extra format: +29 € / image for non-standard delivery sizes not already included in the purchased license, such as custom banner proportions, unusual campaign crops or client-specific layout sizes

Custom production (optional)

Test Pack — 150 €

Includes 5 watermarked previews
No usage rights are included
We create five concept previews based on your brief
Previews are for evaluation only and may not be published or used commercially

Finalize — 149 €

You choose one preview to finalize for use
Includes 2 revision rounds on the selected final image
Final delivery is licensed under Paid Ads (12 months, worldwide)
Final delivery includes the standard Paid Ads delivery formats for that option

All prices exclude VAT. VAT is applied where required by law.

AI-generated content and disclosure

Nordic WildFrames visuals are AI-generated or AI-assisted, then curated and prepared for commercial marketing use.

Customers are responsible for following the disclosure, labeling and advertising rules of the platforms and channels where the images are published.

Each delivery includes AI disclosure guidance to help customers describe the visual origin clearly when needed.

Originality and non-infringement. Our visuals are AI-generated or AI-assisted and curated for originality. As with all AI-generated content, we cannot guarantee that a visual will never resemble existing material, and images are therefore provided without a warranty of non-infringement. If you have a concern about a specific image, contact us and we will review it with you and, at our discretion, provide a replacement where we consider it appropriate. Our liability in connection with any image is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
