2) Scope
These Terms govern (a) your use of our website and services and (b) purchases of digital products and services, including image licenses and custom production, unless separate written terms apply.

3) Eligibility and business customers
Our licensing products are intended primarily for business customers. By placing an order, you confirm you have authority to bind the purchasing entity.
If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory consumer rights may apply and cannot be waived by these Terms.

4) Accounts and information accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout and account creation (if used). You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account.

5) Orders, pricing, and payment
- Prices are shown on product pages and at checkout in [EUR] and may be updated at any time prior to purchase.
- Taxes/VAT are applied where required by law and shown at checkout where applicable.    - Payment is due at checkout via our payment providers. We may cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or payment failure.

6) Digital delivery
- Digital products are delivered via the order status page and/or email notification after successful payment.
- You are responsible for ensuring you can access and download the files and for maintaining secure storage after delivery.
- We may limit link availability for security reasons. If you lose access, contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

7) Refunds and cancellations 
All sales are final for delivered digital files. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for duplicate purchases, corrupted files that we cannot replace, or clear technical delivery failures attributable to us.

8) License terms for Images
Use of purchased Images is governed by our “License Terms (Digital Commercial Use)” and the Package scope shown on the product page and order confirmation.
If there is a conflict, the order confirmation/product page controls the scope.

Order of precedence
If there is any conflict between documents, the following order applies, from highest to lowest: (1) your invoice and order confirmation (commercial scope); (2) these Terms of Service and the Licensing Terms (legal terms, liability, and intellectual property); (3) the License Summary, AI Disclosure Guide, and other plain-language summaries (provided for convenience only). Plain-language summaries do not expand our obligations or your rights beyond the Terms of Service and Licensing Terms.

9) Intellectual property
All website content — including text, graphics, design, layout, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.
Our Images are AI-generated or AI-assisted. The extent of intellectual property rights in AI-generated material can vary by jurisdiction; whatever rights exist in the Images are held by us or our licensors. Regardless of the nature or extent of those rights, your use of the Images is governed solely by the limited license granted under the License Terms. You receive no ownership and acquire no rights beyond that license, and nothing on this site transfers any rights to you except the license expressly granted.

10) Prohibited site use
You must not:
- attempt to access our systems unlawfully, transmit malware, or disrupt service;
- use the site for fraudulent activity;
- scrape or mass-download content in violation of these Terms.

11) Custom production 
- Custom production fees cover concepting and creation services as described on the Custom Production page.
- Concept previews are for evaluation only and do not grant usage rights.
- Final deliverables are licensed under the selected Package scope unless a custom scope is agreed in writing.

12) Third-party services
We may use third-party services (payments, hosting, analytics, email). Their terms may apply to your interactions with those services.

13) Disclaimers
Services and Images are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that files will meet every specific technical requirement for every platform or campaign.
Images are AI-generated or AI-assisted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty, express or implied, that any Image is free from third-party rights or that the use of an Image will not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or proprietary right. We do not provide indemnification to customers in respect of Images, and customers are responsible for assessing the suitability of an Image for their intended use.

14) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order/product giving rise to the claim.
- This limitation applies to all claims relating to an order, including any claim that an Image infringes third-party rights.

15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site or your use of Images in breach of the License Terms (including prohibited uses or print use without written permission).

16) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Breach of License Terms may result in immediate termination of the license as described in the License Terms.

17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Helsinki, Finland], unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
